Award Nominations
WAFSCM will once again be accepting nominations for awards with a submission deadline of Thursday, July 31st, 2025. Once the deadline has passed, WAFSCM judging will then take place from August 1st through September 5th, with entrants notified of awards on September 8th. The awards will be presented at the WAFSCM Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on October 16th.
Please submit either a completed paper copy or electronic copy of the application (found below) along with supporting documentation to Laura Herrick no later than July 31, 2025. Ms. Herrick’s contact information is as follows:

You may nominate deserving parties for any of the five categories below. Self-nominations are accepted for the Excellence in Project Design or Implementation award. Categories include:
- Chapter Service Award,
- Local Award for Excellence,
- Excellence in Project Design or Implementation,
- Lifetime Achievement, and
- The “Jimmy” Award
